Finance & Accounting (F&A) Student Programs

Develop stronger financial expertise and leadership skills so that you can help continue the success of our global brands.
What are F&A Student Programs?
The Finance & Accounting student programs provide an opportunity for you to be exposed to P&G and our F&A function at an earlier time in your student career. These programs are designed to reach top-tiered Finance and Accounting diverse students as well as other students meeting eligibility requirements.
The programs will provide students with information about P&G, specifically Corporate Finance, Accounting and Tax. Participating in one of these programs will grant you the opportunity to gain a total perspective of the F&A career opportunities at P&G.
FACT (Finance, Accounting and Tax) Seminar
Who: Undergraduate students (BBA, B.S., B.A.) currently in their sophomore year or students in their first year of an M.S. program.
Accepted majors include: Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or Taxation.
Freshman Leadership Forum
Procter & Gamble's Freshman Leadership Forum is a student program designed to reach top diverse students and others in their freshman year of an undergraduate degree to build leadership skills and expose them to the type of opportunities available at P&G. Travel and accommodation expenses will be paid by P&G for all participants.
You will interact with other top undergraduate students from all over the country as well as have the chance to speak candidly with P&G functional managers about corporate America and our P&G culture. You will also learn more about the opportunity to interview for an internship for the following summer.
While P&G is a leader in consumer packaged goods, it's the people behind our brands that make us stand out. The interaction you'll have with these diverse and talented people will give you unique preparation for the future and a first-hand look at what it’s like to work at P&G. Human Resource (HR) Student Programs

Who is a fit for Human Resources Student Programs?
We are looking for top undergraduate students (BBA, BS, and BA) currently in their sophomore year. Majors including Business Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations are preferred, but not required
Information Technology Student Programs
Interested in helping make decisions for some of the world’s largest brands? If you’re good with data and information, analytics or project management, or just a master at technology, then this may be the program for you. Join our IT Student Program and help solve challenges in an innovative environment.
Who is a fit for IT Student Programs?
We are looking for emerging student leaders 3-4 years from graduation who are pursuing a BS in MIS, Comp Science, Comp/Systems Eng, IE/Systems Eng, Info Security, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics (or like degrees).
Marketing/Brand Management Student Programs
Do you have a passion to build brands consumers cannot live without? Ready to unleash your brand management potential? We are looking for students entering their first year of a two-year MBA program. This program is designed to attract top diverse talent.

Research & Development Student Programs
You may know us through our brands, such as Pampers, Tide, Pantene and Gillette. What you may not know is the cutting-edge science and technology behind each of our brands. We hold more than 41,000 active patents, and receive about 3,800 new ones each year. And even new hires have been named as inventors on patents. Who is a fit for R&D's Ph.D. First Conference?
Ph.D. First is primarily intended for African-American, Hispanic and Native American doctoral and postdoctoral scientists from STEM disciplines who want to learn more about industrial research careers. We strongly encourage scientists in those affinity groups to apply. Other qualified candidates, including foreign nationals, also will be considered for participation. Applicants must have a doctoral degree or expect to receive one within nine to 12 months of the conference date. For maximum individual benefit, a limited number of applicants will be chosen to participate.
Sales Student Programs
A career in Sales offers you the opportunity to strategically partner with our customers to develop and lead joint value for both companies. In Sales, you will create and lead the delivery of P&G’s in-market strategies, positioning our Company, our Customers, and our Shoppers to win. You will work in a diverse environment, across multiple product lines, business units, and functions to jointly create value with our customers to meet Consumer needs. You will also have the opportunity to lead in a large and complex organization. As part of one of the world’s best sales management programs, you will derive insights from data to create winning selling propositions to a wide variety of customers, from retailers, distributors, wholesalers, physicians, dentists, veterinarians, department stores, hotels, and restaurants.
Who is a fit for the Sales Leadership Seminar?
We are looking for top undergraduate students (BS, and BA) currently in their sophomore year. P&G Sales seeks a broad range of majors including Sales & Marketing Operations, Business Administration, Management & Operations, Retail Management or Marketing are preferred, but not required.
